Cultural Preservation Fund

The Cultural Preservation Fund (CPF), a nonprofit (501(c)3) organization, supports the cultural legacy of impoverished countries that lack the resources to preserve their heritage. Founded in 2004 by International Resources Group, the central aim of the CPF is to fund museums and cultural venues in provincial and secondary-cities, and those devoted to minority cultures, to document, archive and communicate cultural heritage and improve knowledge across cultures. Currently, the CPF has funded projects in Nepal, Peru, Jordan, and Nigeria, staffed by volunteers, and is in the process of assessing several more potential grants.
